HOW TO APPLY?
The procedure to apply for the Codice Fiscale varies depending if the individual is an Italian (EEA citizen) or a foreigner; the first ones have to apply to the Agenzia delle Entrate, while the others have to follow the Immigration Bureau procedure.
As an EEA citizen you can apply for the Codice Fiscale abroad and get the card sent to your abroad address; the only thing you have to do is to fill the form and either send it to the office or delegate someone to do it for yourself.
After 15-20 days, the Codice Fiscale will be shipped at your home address free of charge!
